It can be difficult to discipline yourself between juggling family priorities and your full time job. But once you work on developing the habit. you will start to enjoy the way it makes you feel. You’re not always going to wake up motivated and it’s easy to validate every reason why you should skip that morning workout. But waking up early and making the first part of your day dedicated to yourself will change your day drastically. Here are 5 reasons you should wake up early and get those recommended 30 minutes of exercise .

Your body starts to produce some happy endorphins which is going to help you feel amazing . You’re capable of burning a lot more calories throughout the day just by getting your workout in first thing. You end up being more productive because you already took care of yourself and you’ve prioritized your day in your morning routine.

Once we get home from a long day, it’s easy to throw in the towel and validate all the reasons we should skip out.

You’re a lot more likely to reach for food when you feel stressed. Working out will also relieve tension and relax your muscles, which helps to fight the negative effects that stress has on your body. You will overall feel so much better in general .
If you can’t make a morning workout fit in to your schedule , that’s completely fine. While there are many benefits to working out early, regular exercise is better for your body in general no matter what time of day it is. The most important thing to remember is to get your body moving for atleast 30 minutes a day, whether that’s in the morning, on your lunch break, or right before bed.
